I think you maen a program to edit the C11 sceneries, right? It don't give a program to edit the sceneries, only for WorldRacing2 you can edit the sceneries and add new sceneries. In Cobra11 it's impossible!
But i seen one mod where was been Ambulance, Police, and accident in the road. This mod was to download for Das Sindykat, and for me can be for this game.
Yeah, this mod was made by me^^ I don't change the szenario itself (autobahn.geo file), I only modified an object placed in the surrounding. Greetings
